555cb does not sell, rent or commercially transfer your Personal Data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We may share your data with the following categories of recipient in the circumstances described below:
6.1 Service Providers & Data Processors
We engage carefully selected third-party service providers to assist with delivering our Services. These include payment processing partners, KYC and identity verification providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, fraud detection and AML screening services, and customer support platform operators. All Data Processors are subject to contractual data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than performing the contracted services.
6.2 Legal & Regulatory Disclosure
We may disclose your Personal Data to competent courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies or other public authorities where we are legally required to do so, where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of any person, or in response to a lawful order, subpoena or warrant.
6.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent data protection safeguards.
Identity documents submitted during the KYC process — including CNIC copies, passport scans, selfie images and proof-of-address documentation — are treated as particularly sensitive Personal Data and are subject to enhanced protection measures.
KYC data is processed solely for the purposes of identity verification, age confirmation, AML compliance and fraud prevention. It is not used for profiling, marketing or any purpose unrelated to the verification process.
KYC documents are processed by our designated identity verification partner (a Data Processor) under a binding data processing agreement. Documents are stored in encrypted form and access is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis.
8.1 Payment transactions on the Platform are processed by authorized payment processing partners. While 555cb maintains transaction records for accounting, AML monitoring and KYC verification purposes, sensitive payment instrument data (such as full card numbers or complete bank account credentials) is handled by the payment processor and is not stored in full on our systems.
8.2 Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be mentioned in the context of payment options available on the Platform. These references are contextual only and do not imply that any of these providers endorse, are affiliated with or support gambling operations.
8.3 Transaction records, including deposit and withdrawal history, are retained in accordance with Section 10 (Data Retention) of this Policy, primarily to satisfy AML record-keeping requirements and to resolve any disputes relating to payment activities.

Subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances of your request, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by 555cb:
You may request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you. We will provide this within the period required by applicable law.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data. You may also update certain information directly in your Account settings.
You may request deletion of your Personal Data. This right is subject to our legal retention obligations (e.g., AML record-keeping requirements) which may prevent full erasure in all cases.
You may request a copy of Personal Data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format, where technically feasible and where processing is based on consent or contract.
In certain circumstances, you may request that we restrict processing of your data — for example, while you contest its accuracy or object to its use.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling and direct marketing. On receipt of a valid objection, we will cease that processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
If you believe your data rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority in the relevant jurisdiction.
13.1 The operation of the Platform may involve the transfer of your Personal Data to countries outside Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, 555cb takes steps to ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with the data protection standards described in this Policy.

The Platform is strictly for use by adults aged 18 years and over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law. 555cb does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals below the applicable minimum age.
If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a minor without appropriate verification having been in place, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered an Account on the Platform, please notify us immediately through the support channels described in Section 16.
15.1 555cb reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or the structure of our Services. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.
15.2 Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or the way we handle your data — we will notify registered Users by email and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
15.4 We recommend that you review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any updates. Previous versions of this Policy are available upon written request.
For any enquiries relating to this Privacy Policy, to exercise your data rights, or to raise a concern about the way we have handled your Personal Data, please contact the 555cb privacy team through the following channels:
Six principles that guide how 555cb handles every piece of personal data, every day.
HTTPS/SSL encryption protects all data in transit. Sensitive data at rest is stored encrypted. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only, enforced through multi-factor authentication.
Data minimisation is a core principle. We collect only the personal data required to deliver Services, verify identity and comply with AML and KYC obligations — nothing beyond what is genuinely necessary.
Personal data is retained only for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected or as mandated by law. On expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymized using industry-standard methods.
Your personal information is never sold, rented or commercially provided to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Sharing is limited to operational necessity under strict contractual safeguards.
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection and consent withdrawal rights are clearly stated and genuinely exercisable. We respond to verifiable data requests within legally required timeframes.
We categorize all cookies we use, explain why each category is deployed, and respect your right to refuse non-essential cookies. No hidden tracking and no undisclosed third-party data collection.
